Requirements9
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Successful completion of medical interpretation competency test
- 32 years of medical interpretation experience
- 4Proficiency with Python, AWS, React, Kubernetes
- 5Certification CPC Card or BCBA recognized
- 6Minimum 5+ years experience scaling translation operations
- 7Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to manage teams
- 8Strong analytical mindset and experience with data tools like Spark and Airflow
- 9Commitment to delivering accurate bilingual services in diverse patient populations
