Medical Front Office Specialist, Oncology Clinic

What You'll Do7
- 1Greet and assist patients, delivering exceptional customer service and managing check-in/out processes.
- 2Collect, post, and reconcile patient payments, resolving billing issues with insurance verification.
- 3Register patients, updating demographics, HIPAA forms, and AOB information accurately.
- 4Schedule appointments and manage physician calendars, arranging follow-ups and referrals.
- 5Prepare testing procedures, manage paperwork, and maintain chart documentation in EHR systems.
- 6Answer and route calls, monitor faxes, and coordinate patient callbacks.
- 7Reconcile daily reports and complete assigned administrative duties to support clinic workflow.
Requirements6
- 11-2 years of medical front office experience, with oncology exposure strongly preferred.
- 2Knowledge of insurance processes, medical terminology, and patient reports.
- 3Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office systems.
- 4Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork skills.
- 5Valid Driver's License.
- 6Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment.
