Own patient flow and support providers in a collaborative clinic at Pacific Medical Group in Oregon City. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and maintain efficient patient rooming processes with a focus on accuracy and compassion
- 2Perform EKG procedures and vital sign measurements to support timely clinical decisions
- 3Update and manage patient medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
- 4Assist with minor procedures and injections to support provider workflows
- 5Support patients through visits including discharge planning and follow-ups to improve continuity of care
- 6Manage medical supplies and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- 7Coordinate with multiple providers to prioritize patient needs in a fast paced clinic
- 8Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality standards during all patient interactions
- 9Assist with EMR documentation and data entry to support clinical billing and reporting
- 10Participate in a collaborative team environment to improve clinic operations
Requirements7
- 1High School diploma or GED
- 2Medical Assisting diploma from an accredited program preferred
- 3At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant or CNA
- 4Ability to multi task and support multiple providers
- 5Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- 6BLS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
- 7Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
