Overview
Own patient flow in a Heart & Vascular Clinic supporting visits and procedures. Manage daily patient encounters from check‑in to follow‑up with a collaborative physician team. Gain hands‑on clinical experience in a fast paced cardiovascular setting. This role emphasizes accurate EKG performance and patient communication.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build patient rooms and prepare them for visits
- 2Scribe during patient encounters and present patient information to providers
- 3Assist with procedure prep, follow‑up care, and patient coordination
- 4Document and communicate test results and patient status to the care team
- 5Support EKG and CMA duties and assist with stress testing when applicable
- 6Maintain accurate charting and contribute to a high quality patient experience
Requirements5
- 12+ years of Medical Assistant experience performing EKGs
- 2Experience with EKG CMA duties, nuclear medicine, or stress testing is highly preferred
- 3Onsite in Lakewood, CO; Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
- 4Contract to Hire role with pay range $20.00-$21.00/hr
- 5Strong collaboration with physicians and ability to communicate patient information effectively
