What You'll Do11
- 1Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- 2Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
- 3Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to material handling equipment
- 4Create and close work orders with detailed data including labor hours and parts used
- 5Track and store department inventory
- 6Mentor junior technicians to foster professional growth
- 7Maintain communication across the Operations facility
- 8Install and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment
- 9Adhere to blueprint and electrical schematic reading standards
- 10Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System for asset tracking
- 11Operate and calibrate equipment while wearing required PPE
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of MHE repair experience
- 2Proficiency in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures
- 3Experience with electrical schematics and blueprint interpretation
- 4Familiarity with CMMS platforms for maintenance management
- 5Strong physical stamina to lift 50 lbs and navigate varied work environments
