Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician
Overview
Lead service technicians on installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. Support operations maintenance through problem solving and project management. Mentor technicians and contractors. Foster a safe cutting edge facility culture.
What You'll Do9
- 1Promote safe working environment by following all safety procedures
- 2Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems in the building
- 3Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic ladder diagrams control components photo-eyes motor starters limit switches proximity sensors solenoids
- 4Create assign and close out work orders with labor hours equipment maintenance and parts used
- 5Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures
- 6Mentor junior technicians to grow in their roles
- 7Communicate positively across all operations facility
- 8Act in team lead capacity supporting training and mentorship
- 9Manage inventory and documentation for maintenance activities
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 24+ years experience working with material handling equipment such as automated conveyors and controls
- 34+ years experience conducting preventative maintenance
- 44 years experience reading blueprints and schematics
- 53+ years experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System CMMS
- 62+ years experience with Programmable Logic Controls PLC programs
- 7Experience acting in a team lead capacity supporting training and mentorship
- 8Previous vendor management experience
- 9Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
- 10Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
