Overview

Lead the creation of advanced missile components within a fast-paced environment. Own the development process to ensure production excellence and rapid issue resolution. This role drives technical outcomes through rigorous evaluation and corrective actions.

What You'll Do7

  • 1Serve as a core member of the Material Review Board evaluating non-conforming hardware for performance and compliance impacts
  • 2Lead root cause investigations and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence
  • 3Collaborate closely with Mechanical Manufacturing and Quality teams to resolve production issues
  • 4Interpret engineering drawings specifications and parts lists to assess technical concerns
  • 5Drive cross-functional alignment on disposition decisions and corrective strategies
  • 6Provide clear concise updates to leadership in weekly status reviews
  • 7Lead and communicate progress on investigative efforts across interdisciplinary teams

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university with minimum 4 years experience GD&T per ASME Y14.5 including tolerance stack analysis
  • 2Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Creo design software
  • 3Minimum 4 years experience in root cause and corrective action methodologies
  • 4Minimum 4 years experience interpreting engineering drawings specifications and technical documentation
  • 5Proven ability to lead investigations and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
