MDM Lead with SAP Experience
Overview
MDM Lead with 15+ years of experience to execute the enterprise MDM roadmap and translate strategic priorities into actionable plans. You will partner with business stakeholders across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity domains in a hybrid role based in Detroit, Columbus, or Toledo. This contract role demands deep SAP expertise and hands-on leadership to drive alignment across the MDM landscape.
What You'll Do7
- 1Own the enterprise MDM roadmap, converting strategic priorities into detailed project plans and deliverables.
- 2Partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements and secure alignment across Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data.
- 3Lead the implementation of SAP MDM solutions, ensuring data governance and quality across all domains.
- 4Direct cross-functional teams to execute MDM initiatives, managing risks and dependencies.
- 5Drive data migration, cleansing, and harmonization efforts within SAP and legacy systems.
- 6Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor MDM performance and report progress to executive sponsors.
- 7Coach and mentor junior analysts on MDM best practices and SAP data models.
Requirements6
- 115+ years of experience in enterprise MDM programs, with at least 5 years in a lead role.
- 2Proven expertise in SAP MDM (Master Data Management) and SAP data migration tools.
- 3Strong track record managing Customer, Supplier, and Legal Entity master data domains.
- 4Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive alignment across business and IT teams.
- 5Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks and MDM best practices.
- 6Ability to travel or work onsite in Detroit, Columbus, or Toledo as required.
Salary Insight
$166 - $177k per year
