What You'll Do11
- 1Define and maintain enterprise application and platform strategy aligning with global standards
- 2Own roadmap for SAP ecosystem MES strategy and core business applications
- 3Drive standardization eliminating non-approved solutions across divisions
- 4Design architecture ensuring scalability security and integration across systems
- 5Lead strategic initiatives including SAP implementations and digital enablement programs
- 6Partner with Regional IT to ensure deployment adoption and post-go-live stabilization
- 7Establish governance compliance for technical debt reduction and risk mitigation
- 8Define metrics tracking platform adoption performance and continuous improvement
- 9Collaborate with business leaders to translate needs into technical solutions
- 10Maintain clear standards templates and guidance for divisional execution
- 11Act as design authority for enterprise solutions with approval accountability
Requirements5
- 15+ years building enterprise solutions with SAP and Kubernetes
- 210+ years IT leadership experience in manufacturing environments
- 33-5 seasons proven track record of platform standardization
- 45+ years experience with Spark and Airflow
- 5CPC Card certification preferred
