What You'll Do5
- 1Lead Digital Platform Strategy & Execution Develop and execute roadmap for supply chain digital platforms including ERP MES FIS planning systems and future technologies ensuring business growth reliability and transformation initiatives.
- 2Build & Develop Technical Capability Lead mentor and develop high performing organization of digital experts while establishing sustainable talent pipeline and reducing specialist dependency.
- 3Deliver Business Transformation Provide leadership for digital platform workstreams across initiatives like Supernova S/4HANA Helix APS implementations and future growth programs ensuring system readiness resource alignment and adoption success.
- 4Partner with Business to Drive Value Work closely with manufacturing planning logistics commercial finance supply chain and IT partners to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions improving performance reducing manual work strengthening standardization and creating measurable value.
- 5Establish Governance Standards & Operational Excellence Drive consistent governance prioritization architecture standards and continuous improvement practices enhancing system reliability increasing change velocity strengthening adoption and aligning digital investments with strategic priorities.
Requirements3
- 1Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Engineering Information Systems Business or related discipline with extensive experience leading supply chain systems digital transformation ERP MES planning or enterprise technology organizations.
- 2Proven success leading global teams developing technical talent executing large transformation programs influencing cross functional stakeholders and delivering measurable business results through technology.
- 3Strong knowledge of SAP manufacturing systems planning tools digital integration and modern product based delivery models preferred.
Salary Insight
$127 - $174k per year
