Overview
The Digital Portfolio & Governance Lead leads the OFC Supply Chain Digital Solutions portfolio establishing governance processes and driving prioritization. This technical contributor role owns the administration of the OFC Digital Priority List and coordinates digital intake while collaborating with multiple teams to align digital work with business objectives.
What You'll Do5
- 1Own the OFC Digital Portfolio Management Process Administer and maintain the OFC Supply Chain Digital Priority List as the system of record for digital initiatives
- 2Facilitate Portfolio Prioritization and Governance Reviews Coordinate monthly and quarterly portfolio review sessions with leadership
- 3Provide Portfolio Analytics and Resource Visibility Partner with cross-functional teams to develop visibility into demand and capacity
- 4Support Digital Intake Stage-Gate and Portfolio Governance Practices Manage the intake and evaluation process for new digital initiatives
- 5Enable Continuous Improvement of Portfolio Management Capabilities Define and mature long-term portfolio management strategy and supporting toolset
Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Business Information Systems Engineering Analytics Operations Management or related field
- 2Experience supporting portfolios programs projects or governance activities
- 3Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-functional discussions involving priorities resources dependencies and business trade-offs
- 4Strong analytical and organizational skills with experience working with large data sets reporting planning or operational decision-making processes
- 5Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and data organization tools
- 6Preferred experience in manufacturing supply chain logistics planning ERP MES analytics or digital transformation environments
- 7Familiarity with Planview AgilePlace SharePoint Power BI Databricks or similar reporting platforms
- 8Understanding of SAP MES planning systems reporting environments or digital operations within manufacturing
- 9Experience with portfolio management PMO activities project governance resource planning or stage-gate processes
- 10Knowledge of SAP MES planning systems reporting environments or digital operations within manufacturing
