What You'll Do9
- 1Build and lead the PMO governance framework for Core Technology, defining delivery standards and operating rhythms that ensure consistent execution across Finance, Supply Chain, Infrastructure, and Shared Platforms.
- 2Drive portfolio-wide investment prioritization with Finance and Transformation Office leaders, balancing run, grow, and transform investments to maximize ROI and business value.
- 3Establish value realization discipline, tracking benefits against business cases for programs like AI-enabled innovations and SAP S/4HANA optimization.
- 4Own financial planning and forecasting for the portfolio, enabling dynamic reallocation of funds based on performance and shifting priorities.
- 5Implement cost transparency with unit-cost visibility across Azure cloud, platforms, and services to inform consumption decisions.
- 6Set portfolio performance metrics aligned to operational excellence and innovation acceleration, reporting insights to executive stakeholders.
- 7Adopt Agile and Scrum delivery practices, shifting teams from Waterfall to hybrid models to improve speed and adaptability.
- 8Cultivate culture and narrative, crafting impactful communications that connect technical milestones to enterprise goals for internal teams and partners.
- 9Mentor and scale a team of program managers and analysts, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements9
- 112+ years in program or portfolio management within large-scale technology or digital organizations, with 5+ years leading a PMO function.
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3Deep experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, plus hybrid delivery models, in enterprise environments.
- 4Proven track record managing Microsoft Azure cloud, SAP, and enterprise platform portfolios with multi-million-dollar budgets.
- 5Advanced financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and business case development for technology investments.
- 6Strong data literacy to interpret SQL and performance metrics, driving data-informed decisions.
- 7Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with success partnering across C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
- 8Knowledge of AI and digital capabilities, translating them into operational outcomes.
- 9Adept at risk assessment and vendor management, ensuring delivery excellence across global teams.
