Director of Enterprise Process Transformation
Overview
ANA seeks a Director of Enterprise Process Transformation to own end-to-end business processes across departments. This role establishes unified process architecture and ensures proper implementation throughout the organization.
What You'll Do11
- 1Map and document core end-to-end workflows including Lead-to-Order Order-to-Cash Procure-to-Pay Manufacture-to-Ship Inventory Management Record-to-Report Employee Lifecycle
- 2Translate business processes into documented system workflows across MS Dynamics 365 Business Central Salesforce Finance operations HR and reporting platforms including Power BI
- 3Establish governance for process creation modification maintenance and evaluate departmental changes for downstream impacts
- 4Facilitate alignment between departments and drive continuous process improvement through automation standardization and system optimization
- 5Improve effective use of core platforms such as Business Central and Salesforce
- 6Partner with leadership to ensure correct execution of processes within systems
- 7Provide guidance and training to support adoption of improved workflows
- 8Lead cross-functional change initiatives and influence teams across the organization
- 9Ensure new processes and systems are fully adopted
- 10Identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and cross-department failure points
- 11Drive operational efficiency through automation and standardization
Requirements14
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience implementing or rescuing ERP CRM transformations
- 3Bachelor’s degree in business engineering operations information systems or related field
- 4Strong understanding of enterprise operational workflows across finance operations sales supply chain HR and support
- 5Proven ability to translate business processes into system architecture across ERP CRM and enterprise platforms
- 6Experience with data governance system integrations and enterprise reporting environments like Power BI
- 7Change driver comfortable challenging status quo and pushing for disciplined processes
- 8Influential communicator able to command rooms and lead cross-department discussions
- 9Organizational diplomat skilled at navigating personalities and departmental friction
- 10Systems thinker understands how decisions cascade across operations finance and enterprise systems
