Overview
Architect and implement SAP Digital Manufacturing solutions for global clients. This contract role demands 12+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on manufacturing execution and integration. You will lead design workshops and drive technical strategy, transforming production processes at scale. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SAP DM workflows and deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead the design and deployment of SAP DM solutions, integrating with SAP S/4HANA and SAP ME/MII.
- 2Map client manufacturing processes to SAP DM capabilities, configuring master data and resource management.
- 3Drive end-to-end implementation cycles, from blueprint through go-live, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 4Collaborate with functional teams to execute SAP DM integration with MES and PLC systems.
- 5Develop and execute test strategies for SAP DM modules, validating functionality and performance.
- 6Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, training power users on SAP DM workflows.
- 7Optimize execution processes by analyzing production data and identifying improvement areas.
- 8Support incident resolution during hypercare, ensuring high system availability.
Requirements6
- 112+ years in SAP implementations, with 3+ years exclusively in SAP Digital Manufacturing.
- 2Proven experience in SAP DM module configuration, including shop floor execution and integration.
- 3Strong understanding of manufacturing domains (discrete, process) and ISA-95 standards.
- 4Hands-on expertise with SAP DM APIs, OData services, and integration with SAP PCo.
- 5Excellent problem-solving skills, with track record of troubleshooting complex SAP DM issues.
- 6Ability to travel onsite in New York City for the contract duration.
