What You'll Do11
- 1Design and execute blueprint strategies using SAP S/4HANA best practices to maximize process harmonization opportunities
- 2Configure and develop system capabilities through collaboration with external resources and internal RTX team members
- 3Create and run comprehensive test scenarios ensuring proper functionality and defect resolution with business stakeholders
- 4Support migration from legacy systems during cutover and hypercare deployment phases
- 5Deliver project artifacts including configuration documents specifications and test plans
- 6Coordinate cross-functional efforts across digital technology business units corporate systems integrators and project management offices
- 7Lead end-to-end process mapping between S4 HANA and boundary systems for plant maintenance scenarios
- 8Facilitate data mapping activities and testing for digital technology implementations
- 9Maintain project documentation throughout implementation and sustainment phases
- 10Travel up to 25 percent as needed for stakeholder engagement and project oversight
- 11Drive defect remediation for S4 HANA configurations supporting plant maintenance operations
Requirements6
- 1U.S. citizenship required for remote position
- 2Minimum 10 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 7 years practical expertise
- 3Proven track record configuring SAP ERP Plant Maintenance modules including equipment notifications task lists and maintenance plans
- 4Hands-on experience with data cleansing and migration processes
- 5Experience with SAP S/4HANA in manufacturing environments
- 6Familiarity with Plant Maintenance Product Compliance and Dangerous Goods Management systems
