Overview
Lead the SAP S4 HANA integration strategy for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems at RTX, a global aerospace and defense leader. You will own the PLMSI tool configuration and drive end-to-end process mapping across Plan to Sustain functions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and external consultants. Gain exposure to a large-scale transformation program harmonizing business processes across the enterprise.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead SAP PLMSI configuration and development in Blueprint, Build, Test, Cutover, and Hypercare phases.
- 2Collaborate with business teams and consultants to map PLM interfaces to S4 HANA using IDocs and APIs.
- 3Drive requirements gathering, data mapping, and configuration for PLMSI integrations.
- 4Design integration patterns with solution architects for reliable, auditable data flows.
- 5Create and maintain project artifacts: Configuration Design Documents, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.
- 6Support data mapping and testing across Material Master, BOM, Change Master, and Document Information Records.
- 7Execute testing strategy including Unit, Integration, User Acceptance, and Pilot tests.
- 8Facilitate end-to-end process mapping of PLM to S4 HANA integrations.
Requirements6
- 110+ years in STEM or 7+ years with advanced degree, or 14 years without degree.
- 2Hands-on SAP PLM integration experience, including PLMSI tool.
- 3Working knowledge of Material Master, BOM, Change Master, and Document Information Records.
- 4Experience with IDocs and APIs for system integration.
- 5Background in A&D or similarly regulated industries.
- 6Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
