What You'll Do11

  • 1Interface and coordinate with Program Leadership Team and functional customers
  • 2Run and analyze Kinaxis simulations for strategic execution
  • 3Develop strategic mitigation plans with Program and Material Program Managers
  • 4Drive MRP health data integrity and manage independent requirements
  • 5Coordinate Program Line of Balance and support customer meetings
  • 6Analyze production demand profiles and address internal/external constraints
  • 7Identify operational risks and create contingency plans
  • 8Maintain Planned Independent Requirements and Dependent Demand
  • 9Drive execution efficiency using analytics and optimization techniques
  • 10Lead data-driven decisions to improve schedule adherence
  • 11Collaborate with stakeholders to align objectives and resources

Requirements10

  • 1Minimum 5 years of supply chain or engineering experience
  • 2U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
  • 3Advanced degree preferred with 3 years experience
  • 4Proven ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
  • 5Experience with complex systems and stakeholder mediation
  • 6Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems
  • 7Strong analytical skills for interpreting production data
  • 8Experience with material planning and procurement processes
  • 9Excellent communication abilities across organizational levels
  • 10Demonstrated leadership in resolving conflicting priorities
