What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and integrate employee and first-level manager activities across materials management and transportation functions.
  • 2Develop and execute integrated departmental plans, policies, and procedures that align with business and technical strategies.
  • 3Acquire resources for department activities, manage supplier technical performance, and lead process improvements.
  • 4Develop and maintain partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports to drive collaboration.
  • 5Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
  • 6Develop, motivate, and manage employees and first-level managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • 7Champion the adoption of Sapphire and digital enhancements to bridge system gaps.
  • 8Drive the use of Tableau and SAP to improve data visibility and decision-making.

Requirements9

  • 13+ years in a leadership role (manager, project manager, team lead).
  • 28+ years related work experience with advanced education (Bachelor's) or equivalent combination.
  • 35+ years in Supply Chain and/or Materials Management (preferred).
  • 43+ years in Production Control and Material Management processes (preferred).
  • 51+ year with Tableau or similar data analytics tools (preferred).
  • 61+ year with an industry ERP system such as SAP (preferred).
  • 7Must be a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62.
  • 8Pass a Conflict of Interest assessment.
  • 9Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
