Material Picker III - Pick Pack Specialist
Overview
We seek a full-time Service Assistant III Material Picker to lead supply fulfillment at ChristianaCare. You will own order accuracy and efficiency across multiple facilities while maintaining strict safety and security standards. This role drives operational excellence in a high-volume healthcare setting.
What You'll Do11
- 1Fulfill customer supply orders via pick ticket with precise quantity documentation and discrepancy alerts
- 2Ensure sterility and infection control during supply handling and packaging
- 3Pack and transport filled orders to outbound areas for transshipment
- 4Load and unload shipments while managing internal transport supply carts
- 5Stage inbound shipments and organize inventory using proper rotation systems
- 6Transport products to warehouse locations and restock shelves using identification protocols
- 7Maintain organized inventory storage with accurate location tracking
- 8Drive continuous improvement in picking processes through data analysis
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain efficiency
- 10Implement safety protocols during material movement and handling tasks
- 11Scale picking operations to meet fluctuating demand while meeting KPIs
Requirements10
- 15+ years warehouse operations experience
- 2Spark and Airflow certification preferred
- 3WMS proficiency required
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Valid driver’s license
- 6Lean Six Sigma certification optional
- 7Excellent physical stamina for lifting 35 lbs
- 8Ability to handle 250 lb loads
- 9Strong attention to detail in documentation
- 10Commitment to patient care standards
