Overview
Design and execute efficient supply fulfillment processes for ChristianaCare. Lead a team to deliver accurate picking and packing while maintaining safety and security standards. This role drives operational excellence across multiple facilities.
What You'll Do9
- 1Fulfill customer supply orders via pick ticket and accurate documentation
- 2Handle supplies ensuring sterility and infection control
- 3Pack and transport filled orders to outbound area for transshipment
- 4Load and unload shipments and move supply carts internally
- 5Stage inbound shipments and organize transport carts and totes
- 6Transport inventory to warehouse locations using proper rotation and organization
- 7Restock supplies in warehouse shelves using documented procedures
- 8Maintain high-volume picking environments with minimal errors
- 9Implement quality checks throughout the fulfillment workflow
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 2One year warehouse operations experience
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4Ability to lift 35 lbs of supplies independently
- 5Physical stamina for frequent heavy lifting tasks
