Overview
Own shipping and receiving operations at a fast growing manufacturing site with hands on material flow at scale. You will support logistics, inventory accuracy, and production material distribution in Bedford MA. Collaborate with a cross functional team in a supportive culture focused on growth and development. What You'll Do10
- 1Build and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices
- 2Ship and distribute materials to appropriate locations and maintain records of shipments
- 3Maintain accurate electronic and paper records for received and shipped items
- 4Operate equipment such as forklifts and assist with heavy lifting up to 50 pounds
- 5Prepare records for shipping and support production needs with timely material distribution
- 6Coordinate with carriers using UPS and Federal Express systems for domestic and international shipments
- 7Support inventory management by tracking material locations and adjustments
- 8Inspect items and reject unsatisfactory goods with proper documentation
- 9Collaborate with team to ensure on time material availability for production operations
- 10Assist with cycle counts and ERP data entry to reconcile stock levels
Requirements5
- 1Experience with an integrated ERP system (Oracle and Exact Max preferred)
- 2Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and attention to detail
- 3Experience with UPS and Federal Express shipping systems, domestic and international
- 4Good math, written, and verbal communication skills
- 5Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a team environment
