What You'll Do10
- 1Build and verify incoming shipments against packing slips to prevent discrepancies
- 2Load, unload, and organize deliveries and materials to support a consistent workflow
- 3Maintain inventory accuracy through proper put-away and replenishment in designated storage locations
- 4Assist with shipping pack-out processes to ensure secure, compliant packaging
- 5Support quality and regulatory compliance by inspecting items and documenting issues
- 6Identify process improvements to enhance inventory control and efficiency
- 7Collaborate with pharmacists, team members, and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- 8Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety protocols
- 9Monitor temperature controls and handling requirements for pharmacy items
- 10Maintain orderly, clean work areas to uphold quality standards
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 21+ year of warehouse operations or inventory control experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or compounding pharmacy
- 3Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- 4Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory and documentation
- 5Familiarity with inventory management software
- 6Excellent organizational and time management skills
- 7Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- 8Forklift certification (preferred)
- 9Experience with warehouse management software (WMS) and NetSuite (preferred)
- 10Ability to lift and move items up to 75 lbs
