Inventory Control Specialist, Pharmacy Operations & Healthcare Inventory
Overview
This role owns daily inventory control and accuracy at Strive Pharmacy onsite in Phoenix. You will restock, receive deliveries, label, and organize supplies to support pharmacists and operations. You will participate in cycle counts and audits to maintain accurate stock across locations. You will partner with the Inventory Control Lead and other departments to uphold standards in a growing healthcare environment. What You'll Do7
- 1Build and maintain accurate inventory through restocking, receiving, labeling, and organizing supplies.
- 2Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
- 3Support inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies and following corrective actions.
- 4Maintain compliance with workflow policies and company standards.
- 5Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and accurately.
- 6Assist pharmacists, leadership, and other departments with inventory-related needs.
- 7Uphold clean, organized, and safe work environments at both locations.
Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent.
- 21–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or related work.
- 3Pharmacy Technician Certification or Trainee Certification or willing to obtain within 6 months after your hire date.
- 4Familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Docs preferred.
- 5Experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or compounding pharmacy inventory preferred.
- 6Forklift certification highly preferred.
- 7Onsite work environment with regular sitting, standing, and computer use.
