What You'll Do11
- 1Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring efficient processing
- 2Maintain excellent customer experience through engagement and organization
- 3Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise placement on sales floors
- 4Train and mentor associates on merchandising principles
- 5Ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise
- 6Communicate with Coordinators to maintain efficient goods flow
- 7Track associate productivity and prioritize tasks accordingly
- 8Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed
- 9Organize and rotate backstock for easy replenishment
- 10Uphold merchandising philosophy and signage standards
- 11Maintain backroom organization and compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
Requirements7
- 11 year retail experience
- 26 months leadership experience
- 3Superior communication and organizational skills
- 4Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing directions
