Overview
Lead execution of receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and collaborate as a team. Provide exceptional customer experiences across home offices distribution centers and retail stores. Foster a culture of honesty and integrity maintain confidentiality and uphold all organizational standards.
What You'll Do11
- 1Build relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and effective merchandise processing
- 2Design and implement merchandising strategies to enhance store appearance
- 3Train and mentor Associates on established merchandising principles
- 4Ship and organize incoming merchandise to support sales floor readiness
- 5Maintain accurate inventory tagging and coding systems
- 6Communicate priorities with the Coordinator on Duty to optimize product flow
- 7Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed
- 8Organize backstock rotation for efficient replenishment
- 9Ensure compliance with recycling and hazardous waste programs
- 10Promote brand loyalty programs and participate in shrink reduction initiatives
- 11Support safety awareness and maintain a secure work environment
Requirements11
- 15+ years experience in retail operations with proven leadership capabilities
- 21 year associate discount and 6 months leadership experience required
- 3AWS Certified preferred knowledge of cloud infrastructure
- 4CPC Card certification valued for technical expertise
- 5BCBA credential beneficial for performance coaching roles
- 6Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- 7Excellent multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
- 8Proven track record of driving operational efficiency improvements
- 9Ability to lift heavy objects with reasonable accommodation
