- 4Fold and display apparel and home goods to match brand visual standards.
- 5Recover the store during quiet hours, straightening displays and clearing fitting rooms.
- 6Promote TJX Rewards credit cards and loyalty program to boost customer sign-ups.
- 7Spot and report potential theft or safety hazards to the manager on duty.
- 8Unpack boxes and hang or tag items before moving them to the sales floor.
- 9Help with store cleanliness, from sweeping aisles to wiping down counters.
- 10Cross-train in cashier, sales floor, and stockroom roles to fill shift gaps.
Requirements10
- 16+ months in a retail environment, either as a cashier or floor associate.
- 2Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for 8-hour shifts without issue.
- 3Basic math skills for counting change and creating merchandise tags.
- 4Comfort using handheld scanners to check prices and locate stock.
- 5Flexible schedule covering mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
