Lead Manufacturing Engineer driving product realization for high-reliability electronics manufacturing across global facilities. What You'll Do11

  • 1Participate in CFT meetings for new product introductions and manage launch coordination
  • 2Interface with customers and suppliers to resolve technical issues and release new products
  • 3Serve as technical advisor for internal/external stakeholders including customers and suppliers
  • 4Provide DfM/DfA/DfX feedback and train personnel on product integration
  • 5Analyze assembly documentation and maintain configuration management throughout product lifecycle
  • 6Develop detailed work instructions and BOMs/routings for repeatable manufacturing processes
  • 7Configure change management systems and submit engineering change information
  • 8Establish manufacturing processes and conduct time studies and line balancing
  • 9Support sustain engineering through root cause analysis of non-conformances
  • 10Demonstrate effective communication with customers and internal teams
  • 11Prioritize tasks and execute multiple initiatives in a demanding environment

Requirements10

  • 1BS Degree in Engineering with 5-7 years experience in high-reliability electronics manufacturing
  • 2Knowledge of PCBA/CCA processes and manufacturing
  • 3DFM PFMEA and Lean Six Sigma fundamentals
  • 4Analytical skills with SPC software proficiency
  • 5Understanding of IPC standards and ISO quality management systems
  • 6Ability to interpret engineering documents and solve technical problems
  • 7Working knowledge of AutoCAD SolidWorks and 3D modeling is a plus
  • 8Experience with process automation is preferred
  • 9Physical stamina for standing walking and handling parts up to 25 pounds
  • 10Close vision and ability to adjust focus for detailed inspection
