Requirements10

  • 1B.A. in Business B.S. in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years manufacturing experience
  • 22 years supervisory experience leading teams
  • 3Strong knowledge of manufacturing information systems forecasting MRP SPC labor costing
  • 4Excellent interpersonal communication and coaching abilities
  • 5Proven leadership and strong managerial presence
  • 6MBA or engineering degree preferred
  • 7Machinist or assembly background with hands‑on technical expertise
  • 8Experience implementing Just‑In‑Time principles and managing personal budgets
  • 9Purchasing and vendor relationship management skills
  • 10Understanding of SPC and total quality concepts
