Requirements10
- 1B.A. in Business B.S. in Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years manufacturing experience
- 22 years supervisory experience leading teams
- 3Strong knowledge of manufacturing information systems forecasting MRP SPC labor costing
- 4Excellent interpersonal communication and coaching abilities
- 5Proven leadership and strong managerial presence
- 6MBA or engineering degree preferred
- 7Machinist or assembly background with hands‑on technical expertise
- 8Experience implementing Just‑In‑Time principles and managing personal budgets
- 9Purchasing and vendor relationship management skills
- 10Understanding of SPC and total quality concepts
