Overview
You will own the assembly and testing of electromechanical products in a modern manufacturing facility in Tualatin, OR. You will follow detailed work instructions to build high-quality components, use provided tools, and conduct basic tests. After training, you will work with minimal supervision while meeting production rates and maintaining a clean workspace. What You'll Do10
- 1Assemble electromechanical products using hand tools and provided equipment per detailed work instructions.
- 2Perform mechanical assembly of small parts with high accuracy and craftsmanship.
- 3Follow written work instructions step by step to ensure consistent product quality.
- 4Conduct basic testing of assembled components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- 5Use soldering techniques to connect small parts and electrical components when required.
- 6Interpret and follow blueprints and schematics to complete assembly and test tasks.
- 7Maintain an organized, clean work area including workstations and tools.
- 8Meet established production rates and deadlines while upholding quality standards.
- 9Work with minimal supervision after training, owning tasks and delivering consistent results.
- 10Identify and report issues with parts, tools, or processes to support continuous improvement.
