Manufacturing Assembler, Electrical Components
Overview
You will assemble electrical components into finished products in a brand-new manufacturing facility supporting electrification for critical infrastructure. With a 4-day workweek and structured onboarding, you will join a team focused on safety and continuous improvement. This role offers advancement into quality, machine operation, and leadership positions.
What You'll Do7
- 1Assemble components into finished products using blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- 2Read and interpret schematics, drawings, bills of materials, and other technical documents
- 3Use hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches to build and secure parts to specification
- 4Perform quality checks to ensure products are level, square, and meet required standards
- 5Inspect materials and components for defects (dents, scratches, alignment issues) before and during assembly
- 6Assemble electrical components such as switchboards, panelboards, and copper bussing per design specifications
- 7Conduct visual inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and correct nonconforming parts

- 3Experience from industries such as manufacturing, general construction trades, and automotive repair beneficial but not mandatory
