Own the daily operations of a 70+ person manufacturing finishing and assembly team in a wood cabinetry environment. Lead rotating schedules, ensure safety, and drive on-time production against dynamic priorities in a full-time, onsite role in Phoenix. What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and supervise a 70+ person finishing and assembly team on 5am-2:30pm shifts with rotating Saturdays
- 2Read production schedules and interpret drawings to drive daily production targets
- 3Schedule and lead daily production meetings to align priorities across departments
- 4Train, discipline, and reward employees to maintain performance and safety
- 5Recruit, interview, and onboard applicants for the department
- 6Manage safety procedures, ensure training compliance, and perform physical inventory
- 7Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely productivity and goals
- 8Generate material takeoffs and support accurate material usage
- 9Oversee frameless and framed cabinet production processes
- 10Maintain documentation and reporting on production metrics
Requirements10
- 15-10 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing
- 2Experience with wood products, assembly equipment, and cabinet production
- 3Ability to lead a large team and manage rotating workforce
- 4Intermediate computer skills
- 5Ability to read production schedules and drawings
- 6Pre-employment drug test
- 7Bilingual English and Spanish
- 8Education: Associate (Required)
- 9Experience: Warehouse supervisor: 4 years (Required)
