Production Finishing Technician, Large Format Printing
Overview
Own the finishing process on first shift for large format printing, ensuring accurate prepping, quality control, and timely delivery. You'll learn heat welding, material finishing, and packaging while contributing to standout visual displays. Work with a collaborative team in Phoenix and help drive quality across all orders.
What You'll Do7
- 1Build work orders and log start and completion in the Shop Floor system
- 2Operate finishing equipment including heat and welding tools for PosterFlex and related materials
- 3Measure materials before cutting to minimize waste and maintain specifications
- 4Perform quality control checks to catch defects before shipping
- 5Package and label finished jobs and verify labels match products
- 6Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs while following safety procedures
- 7Follow safety and quality procedures consistently while maintaining a positive attitude
Requirements7
- 1Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 2No experience required — training provided
- 3Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
- 4Strong attention to detail and quality mindset
- 5Reliable attendance and punctuality
- 6Good communication and teamwork skills
- 7Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
