What You'll Do11
- 1Develop strategic alignment with campus goals and build metrics for program evaluation
- 2Cultivate relationships with central offices and dean offices for collaborative support
- 3Provide front-line assistance for Kuali Build applications and resolve technical issues
- 4Supervise team members, conduct recruitment, and approve time sheets
- 5Troubleshoot sponsor system submissions and maintain audit dashboards in Quantum Analytics
- 6Produce monthly reports and develop internal training materials for staff and external partners
- 7Create SOPs and training resources for eRA systems and maintain communication channels
- 8Advise campus on new eRA initiatives and monitor regulatory updates
- 9Supervise the Sponsored Programs Administration Award Administrator for data integrity
- 10Act as primary liaison with funding agencies and manage award data entry
- 11Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years administrative experience in research administration or sponsored programs
- 2Two years supervisory experience in training or direct supervision
- 3Certified Research Administrator (CRA) certification preferred
- 4Financial disclosure reporting required by State of Maryland Ethics Committee
- 5Education: Bachelor's degree in business public administration or related field
- 6Applicable experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
