Requirements8

  • 1Bachelor’s degree with five years of philanthropic experience
  • 2At least two years in donor data management or stewardship
  • 3Experience with gift administration or advancement services
  • 4One year supervisory experience
  • 5Familiarity with CASE standards and donor database systems
  • 6Proven ability to conduct prospect research using wealth screening tools
  • 7Strong analytical skills for donor data synthesis
  • 8Commitment to confidentiality and ethical information handling
