The Gift and Data Integrity Senior Specialist leads fundraising data management at Augsburg University. - 5Implement AI and automation tools to enhance data hygiene and operational efficiency
- 6Create and maintain documentation standards for transaction governance
- 7Serve as technical authority overseeing data integrity for auxiliary staff
- 8Partner with the Director of Advancement Services to build data-driven reporting infrastructure
- 9Analyze alumni giving trends and donor retention behaviors for strategy development
- 10Conduct gift data health audits via complex queries and data exports
- 11Research and deploy workflow automations to scale gift entry processes
Requirements8
- 1Minimum 3 to 4 years of direct experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar enterprise CRMs
- 2Bachelor’s degree in Statistics Mathematics Data Analytics or related field
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- 4Experience with statistical modeling and data visualization tools
- 5Prior experience in higher education institutional advancement
- 6Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and CASE guidelines
- 7Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
