- 1Oversee design and construction projects using Python and AWS to deliver outcomes within budget

- 3Conduct field investigations to verify compliance with specifications and codes
- 4Develop capital project scopes and budgets while managing relocation efforts
- 5Manage design and construction through contractors and consultants including change orders and bonds
- 6Administer capital budgets and implement cost-effective controls
- 7Create project expense reporting systems and provide status reports with cash flow analyses
- 8Communicate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain schedules
- 9Maintain documentation including as-built drawings and operation manuals
- 10Coordinate with consultants and staff to address construction-related issues
- 11Advise users on construction impacts and manage contract administration tasks
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience in architecture engineering or construction management
- 2Bachelor’s Degree in architecture engineering or related field
- 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 4Familiarity with Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure solutions
- 5Certification as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
