What You'll Do11

  • 4Develop capital project scopes and budgets while managing relocation efforts
  • 5Manage design and construction through contractors and consultants including change orders and bonds
  • 6Administer capital budgets and implement cost-effective controls
  • 7Create project expense reporting systems and provide status reports with cash flow analyses
  • 8Communicate with stakeholders to resolve conflicts and maintain schedules
  • 9Maintain documentation including as-built drawings and operation manuals
  • 10Coordinate with consultants and staff to address construction-related issues
  • 11Advise users on construction impacts and manage contract administration tasks

Requirements5

  • 15+ years experience in architecture engineering or construction management
  • 2Bachelor’s Degree in architecture engineering or related field
  • 3Proficiency with Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
  • 4Familiarity with Kubernetes for scalable infrastructure solutions
  • 5Certification as CPC Card or BCBA preferred
