- 1Maintain all safety rules to ensure compliance with safety standards
- 2Plan organize and administer owner contract documents
- 3Manage subcontracting process including scope review pricing and execution
- 4Oversee trade contractor performance and verify architectural engineering compliance
- 5Control project budget and approve subcontractor invoices
- 6Coordinate accounts receivables with accounting team
- 7Track project timelines ensuring adherence to critical dates permits and product lead times
- 8Communicate project status to maintain transparency and identify risks
- 9Supervise assistant project manager and superintendent reviewing reports addressing deficiencies
- 10Administer submittal review processes between subcontractors suppliers and design team
- 11Follow up completed projects to secure client feedback and guarantee satisfaction
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 5 years’ Medical Hospital Construction experience
- 2OSHA 30 certification obtained within 90 days of joining
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project Excel Word Outlook
- 4Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field
- 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
- 6Self-motivated problem solver with excellent organization skills
