Manager, Product Operations Middesk
Overview
Own critical operational infrastructure behind Middesk products at scale and lead a small team to ensure accurate, reliable outcomes across Payroll Tax, Business Formations, and related products. You will develop the team, establish operating rhythms and quality programs, improve measurement and visibility into product health, manage BPO partners, and reduce manual work through process, tooling, automation, and AI. This role is a feedback loop into product and will partner with Product and Engineering to build more reliable and scalable systems.

- 1Lead and develop a high performing operations team
- 2Own the operational health of our Entity Management products
- 3Build scalable operations across complex government workflows
- 4Improve how we manage work spanning all 50 states local agencies
- 5Establish strong quality programs and remediation processes
- 6Turn operational knowledge into better products by partnering with Product and Engineering
- 7Own our BPO and external operations model
- 8Build visibility into performance with dashboards and measurement systems
Requirements5
- 15-7+ years of experience in operations, product operations, compliance operations, regulatory operations, or related fields
- 2Experience leading and developing an operations team
- 3Experience managing outsourced or external operations teams including BPOs or offshore partners
- 4Strong systems and process thinking with a track record of improving operations through tooling, automation, AI, and measurement
- 5Strong analytical instincts and comfort using operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve performance
Salary Insight
$150 - $175k per year
