What You'll Do19
- 1Manage biweekly mail collection from North Andover site including bank deposits and electronic distribution
- 2Coordinate logistics for monthly in-person staff gatherings in Boston including space scheduling and on-site needs
- 3Maintain and update assigned projects and tasks within project management systems ensuring timelines and documentation are current
- 4Support business development operations tasks such as master services agreement data management
- 5Contribute to internal operations process documentation
- 6Support process improvement efforts across the team
- 7Assist with ad hoc financial and operational reports including data analysis
- 8Manage weekly transaction coding and mapping in QuickBooks Online categorizing and flagging exceptions
- 9Support monthly invoicing process drafting invoices pulling timesheet data and coordinating with Practice/Team Leads
- 10Handle receipt collection and documentation for expense tracking
- 11Assist with backend data pulls and cleanup for monthly reporting
- 12Contribute to project budget tracking and project data entry
- 13Manage software license administration and Google Workspace user maintenance including staff additions and removals
- 14Provide first-line internal tech support and training for staff
- 15Support accurate entry and maintenance of contract information in the firm’s CRM system
- 16Onboard and offboard employees handling systems licenses computer shipments and offboarding materials
- 17Process HR system updates in Gusto including employee records address updates and temporary supervisor changes
- 18Maintain firm’s org chart reflecting current staffing
- 19Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment

- 1Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience in operations administration or related field
- 2Bachelor’s degree

- 6Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines reliably

- 10Genuine curiosity about how organizations operate and desire to learn across multiple disciplines
- 11Preferred experience in consulting nonprofit or professional services environments
