Overview
Lead third party engagements and implement advocacy strategies for Northrop Grumman. Report to Director Policy and Advocacy. Develop external engagement plans and coordinate internal parties. Build relationships with elected officials and stakeholders. Work from Falls Church VA and DC Capitol Hill offices.

Requirements10
- 1Bachelor's degree with 10 years experience OR Master's with 8 years experience in government relations legislative communications or advocacy
- 2At least 5 years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 3Knowledge of budget legislative and appropriations processes
- 4Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners
- 5Strong written and oral communication skills
- 6Demonstrated integrity and hands-on problem solving
- 7Professional presence for interacting with policymakers
- 8Experience with fast paced environments and political acumen
- 9Commitment to teamwork and relationship building
- 10Ability to synthesize complex policy issues
Salary Insight
$147 - $220k per year
