Overview
We seek skilled technicians to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness at our Dallas communities. You will maintain grounds provide excellent resident service and keep spaces clean. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
What You'll Do8
- 1Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements
- 2Maintain snow removal cleaning and grounds maintenance including common areas
- 3Provide residents with outstanding customer service
- 4Keep property clean free of trash and debris by picking up trash around buildings parking areas and common spaces
- 5Clean breezeways stairwells and other shared areas
- 6Assist maintenance team with light tasks when needed
- 7Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
- 8Help keep community neat and welcoming for residents
Requirements5
- 11+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work preferred
- 2Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- 3Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
- 4Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- 5Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
