Make Ready Groundskeeper, Multifamily Property Maintenance
Overview
You will keep our North Dallas property pristine and turnover units move-in ready. You'll join a family-owned trust managing 8,000+ residents across the U.S. This role blends hands-on upkeep with resident service, and you'll earn $18-$20/hour plus monthly bonuses.
What You'll Do9
- 1Walk the property daily to pick up trash and ensure curb appeal.
- 2Pressure wash sidewalks, parking areas, and building exteriors with pressure washers.
- 3Report damage or maintenance issues to the manager the same day.
- 4Store tools and supplies neatly, keeping maintenance areas organized.
- 5Make vacant units ready for new residents, including cleaning and minor repairs.
- 6Greet residents and guests with courtesy, answering questions or directing them.
- 7Support sister properties in the area when coverage is needed.
- 8Lift and carry up to 50 pounds and climb ladders or stairs safely.
- 9Keep a consistent schedule and arrive on time for every shift.
Requirements7
- 11+ year of make ready or groundskeeping experience preferred.
- 2Valid driver's license required.
- 3Strong eye for detail and pride in outdoor spaces.
- 4Work independently in heat, cold, or rain without supervision.
- 5Reliable and self-motivated, handling multiple tasks at once.
- 6Positive attitude with clear communication and organization.
- 7Spanish and some English language skills.
Salary Insight
$37 - $42k per year
