What You'll Do11
- 1Troubleshoot install repair and maintain production and processing equipment
- 2Diagnose and repair hydraulic pneumatic electrical mechanical and automated systems
- 3Perform maintenance on motors pumps conveyors robotics packaging equipment and cooking systems
- 4Read and interpret electrical schematics technical manuals and maintenance documentation
- 5Execute and maintain preventative maintenance programs for facility equipment
- 6Perform scheduled inspections and equipment servicing
- 7Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability and efficiency
- 8Support equipment setup start-up adjustments and changeovers and shutdown procedures
- 9Assist production teams to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency
- 10Perform Lockout/Tagout procedures safely and effectively
- 11Follow all safety quality and regulatory guidelines
Requirements12
- 1Experience as a Maintenance Technician Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role in manufacturing
- 2Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- 3Experience working with hydraulic systems pneumatic systems motors and pumps conveyor systems industrial automation and control systems packaging and processing equipment
- 4Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals
- 5Experience performing preventive maintenance programs
- 6Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures
- 7Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues systematically
- 8Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- 9Experience in food manufacturing beverage manufacturing or other regulated production environments
- 10Familiarity with robotics and automated production equipment
- 11Electrical troubleshooting experience
- 12Experience supporting high-speed manufacturing operations
