You will own preventative and reactive maintenance for production and packaging equipment in a food manufacturing facility. 2nd Shift role at $34.00–$36.00/hour plus differential. You'll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The team supports high-speed production with minimal downtime. What You'll Do10

  • 1Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • 2Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • 3Diagnose faults, replace components, and test equipment performance.
  • 4Maintain records of repairs, parts usage, and equipment changes.
  • 5Support equipment changeovers, setups, and line adjustments.
  • 6Execute emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions.
  • 7Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
  • 8Maintain tools, equipment, and shop organization.
  • 9Handle basic facility maintenance: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
  • 10Use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.

Requirements9

  • 12–3 years proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Industrial Mechanic.
  • 2Experience in food manufacturing or high-speed production environments preferred.
  • 3Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • 4Ability to read electrical prints and work across multiple voltages.
  • 5Hands-on experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  • 6Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards.
  • 7Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • 8Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • 9High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
