What You'll Do11
- 1Complete assigned work orders and perform preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and following safety codes
- 2Execute make-ready processes for vacant units including inspections and punch lists
- 3Manage material access and inventory tracking to support efficient repairs
- 4Document service requests accurately and maintain compliance with safety protocols
- 5Assist in grounds maintenance such as trash removal and pressure washing
- 6Support cost reduction initiatives by repairing rather than replacing components
- 7Conduct routine inspections to identify safety concerns and communicate property needs
- 8Participate in contractor and vendor quality verification
- 9Perform physical tasks like lifting and climbing ladders as required
- 10Travel between properties and attend training sessions as needed
- 11Maintain vehicle operation using a golf cart where permitted
Requirements8
- 1EPA Type 1 and II or Universal certification for refrigerant recycling
- 2State and local service technician certifications
- 3Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation
- 4Ability to stand walk and sit for extended periods
- 5Physical stamina to lift 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- 6Flexibility for evening weekend and holiday call schedules
- 7Strong communication skills for reporting property concerns
