What You'll Do11
- 1Build and manage preventative maintenance programs for HVAC systems
- 2Perform diagnostic testing on cooling towers and electrical components
- 3Replace and program televisions and lighting fixtures
- 4Execute plumbing repairs including drain clogs and pipe replacements
- 5Maintain detailed repair and preventive maintenance records
- 6Troubleshoot and fix kitchen equipment issues
- 7Ensure compliance with local state and federal codes
- 8Service swimming pools and spas through cleaning and repair
- 9Paint designated areas and repair drywall and wall coverings
- 10Program hotel electronic lock systems
- 11Own and oversee daily maintenance operations
Requirements5
- 12-5 years experience in commercial or institutional maintenance
- 2Certification in pool operation preferred
- 3Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams
