What You'll Do11
- 1Recognize report and correct safety hazards and notify supervisors of damages deficits and disturbances
- 2Complete basic plumbing electrical HVAC carpet and tile floor maintenance and repairs
- 3Finish painting minor roof repairs and other exterior projects
- 4Participate in preventative maintenance programs
- 5Check stocking levels of consumables and replace when appropriate
- 6Work with Chief Engineer and Management team to identify and accomplish technical and skilled related projects
- 7Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team
- 8Report to Hotel in bad weather for exterior maintenance such as snow shoveling and ice melting
- 9Maintain guest service excellence while being available and approachable
- 10Respond to emergency situations on short notice
- 11Know Hotel emergency procedures

- 3Ability to work under stress and complete work orders promptly

- 7Ability to lift move up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
- 8Flexible availability based on guest occupancy season and staffing needs
