What You'll Do10
- 1Build and complete apartment turns to prepare homes for new residents and drive occupancy
- 2Respond to and complete maintenance service requests efficiently while maintaining high resident satisfaction
- 3Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and other fixes
- 4Perform preventative maintenance to identify and address potential issues early
- 5Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to preserve curb appeal
- 6Inspect apartments and building systems for safety, functionality, and upkeep
- 7Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and projects
- 8Maintain accurate records of work, service requests, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- 9Provide professional communication with residents and exceptional customer service
- 10Support on-call rotation and assist leadership with special projects and operational needs
Requirements10
- 1Previous apartment or property maintenance experience
- 2Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, flooring, carpentry, and general building maintenance
- 3EPA Certification preferred but not required
- 4Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- 5Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete work efficiently
- 6Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- 7Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 8Dependable and professional with ownership mindset
- 9Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 10Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical requirements
