What You'll Do5
- 1Build and perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas
- 2Respond to resident service requests in under 3 hours
- 3Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues

Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred
- 2Ability to operate various hand and power tools
- 3Experience repairing or maintaining electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems
- 4Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- 5Availability to work weekends and on-call after hours emergencies
Salary Insight
$35 - $48k per year
