You will own maintenance operations for a multifamily community in Cortez Hill, San Diego, ensuring safe and welcoming spaces. What You'll Do7
- 1Complete service requests and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues within 24 hours
- 2Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems using diagnostic tools
- 3Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs to reduce costly repairs
- 4Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards of cleanliness and safety
- 5Support inventory organization and shop cleanliness to ensure tools and parts are accessible
- 6Deliver excellent resident service through clear communication and professional conduct during visits
- 7Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies to prevent workplace incidents
Requirements7
- 11-3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience
- 2Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
- 3Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
- 4Good communication and problem-solving skills
- 5Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- 6HVAC certification or related technical certifications a plus
- 7Valid driver's license required
