What You'll Do7

  • 1Complete service requests and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance issues within 24 hours
  • 2Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems using diagnostic tools
  • 3Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs to reduce costly repairs
  • 4Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards of cleanliness and safety
  • 5Support inventory organization and shop cleanliness to ensure tools and parts are accessible
  • 6Deliver excellent resident service through clear communication and professional conduct during visits
  • 7Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies to prevent workplace incidents

Requirements7

  • 11-3 years of maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience
  • 2Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair
  • 3Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
  • 4Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • 5Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • 6HVAC certification or related technical certifications a plus
  • 7Valid driver's license required
